My journey of building and shipping technology products has taken me from identifying market opportunities and understanding the numbers to working directly with customers on the ground.

I began my career in email marketing before moving into software development and later specializing in user experience (UX). As my career progressed, I moved into product management, business leadership, and executive roles.

Along the way, I've built startups, freelanced, and participated in hackathons. My work has taken me across Southeast Asia.

As Head of Tech, I led the team that built an online vehicle marketplace with credit scoring integrated into a bank's infrastructure, before the platform was successfully acquired by the bank.

I've also built and led the team behind a state government digital payment platform, overseeing its development from concept to delivery.

I was also involved in an online transportation booking platform, where I oversaw marketing, partnerships, customer experience, technical operations, and business development. The experience exposed the gaps in state level digital services, which later inspired my initiatives in 2026.

Today, I run a compliance and cybersecurity company based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

These days, my focus is on growing businesses, serving as a board advisor, and working as a strategic advisor. I'm still learning. I'm simply sharing what I've learned through building products, leading teams, and solving real world problems.
